GoNinja specializes in parkour and ballet training. Our app allows new customers to book trial sessions only. Full registration and membership purchases must be completed in person at our center. The website provides information about our services, schedules, and pricing.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To use our facilities, customers must complete a registration process at the center.
Minors (under 18) require parental or guardian consent.
Trial bookings via the app do not guarantee full membership approval.

4. Booking & Payment Policies

Trial sessions must be booked through the GoNinja app and are subject to availability.
Full membership registration, including payment, must be completed in person at the center.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to GoNinja's internal policies, which can be reviewed at the center.

5. Code of Conduct

All customers must follow safety instructions provided by our trainers.
Proper sports attire is required at all times.
Any form of misconduct, including harassment or property damage, may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

6. Liability & Waiver

Customers acknowledge that parkour and ballet are physically demanding activities and assume all associated risks.
GoNinja is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost belongings.
Customers (or their legal guardians) must sign a waiver before participating in any activity.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store personal data in accordance with Qatar's data protection laws.
Your data is used only for membership management and communication purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications & Termination
